We believe employees are a company’s most important assets. Their training and professional development is something key to reach all corporate goals you establish.
Our goal from the start was to take strategy, planning and execution lessons we have learned from our teams combined 60 years of business experience and pass along that knowledge, communicated within real-life examples. Great care was taken to ensure the courses we create and continually update help employees get better at their job. Period!
If it’s your first time here, we know the sheer volume of information available online is overwhelming. With this in mind, we have created this page, with some of our very best resources, to help you get started.

STEP ONE: GET TO KNOW US
Our team has over 60 years of business success and failures (remember failure is a good thing, as long as you learn from it).
We have been involved in helping companies and their employees in various vertical markets tackle everything from talent acquisition to employee motivation, to sales strategy and marketing tactics and execution in the digital age.
We know it’s hard to keep up with everything – as technology and tactics seem to change in real time.
That’s why we spend a significant amount of time and dollars educating and learning ourselves. We stay on top of things, so you don’t have to! We attend conferences, take other top companies’ courses and are members of some very exclusive mastermind groups. We like to be ahead of the rest, so you can be ahead of the rest!
STEP TWO: WHAT TRAINING TO TAKE
We have put our training courses into two categories – Introductory and In-Depth versions.
The introductory versions of our training courses are ideally suited for employees who are learning a new skill or have no or minimal previous training on the subject. This level of training is also ideal for those employees who may be cross-training for general awareness but not necessarily expected to perform the tasks in their day to day roles. We have found that cross knowledge is so important for small to medium-sized companies.
By contrast, the in-depth training courses are suited to the individual who has previous knowledge and experience in the subject. This level, of course, is meant to deepen and enhance the existing skill level of employees and should be used for focused training. These courses are intensive and involve deep dives into all aspects of the curriculum.

We recently completed marketing training with Jason Fairfield of ONCOR Solutions, where we focused particularly on email. The training was provided at our Club once a week for several weeks.
The training we received through ONCOR Solutions from Jason Fairfield was very well organized and presented. It was clear that Jason is very knowledgeable in the topics that were presented. His manner was very comfortable and he was able to establish a rapport with everyone in attendance.
Jason took the time to fully explain the process that is involved with the creation of email marketing programs. This included discussion of the types of email campaigns and what components make up each campaign.
The training also included storyboards for each type of campaign and a step by step process to follow to ensure that your email campaigns are well thought out and planned generate the best possible returns. We reviewed the best ways to design email messages and the copy and subject lines which can be used to increase open and click through rates.
Not only was the training informative, it was also presented in an engaging way with many real life examples and presented so that the material was easy to understand and implement.
As a result of the training being spread out over several weeks, we were able to put into practice several new procedures and test the results against previous campaigns. This demonstrated the true value of the training received as we were able to see immediate improvement in our results just by following the training Jason provided. Jason also distributed the training materials for reference and review in the future.
